I’m Pam McCloskey, also known as Pamskey.
I am a Braving To Be You Coach.
I guide Christian women to courageously live their authentic, created selves so they fully know they are worthy of acceptance and belonging.
I have studied under Dr. Larry Crabb, Dr. Norman Wright, and Dr. Henry Cloud.
I am known to be like the fresh wind that changes the seasons.
Abuse, house fire, betrayal, death, illness, and hardship are some of the life struggles I have experienced that challenged my identity. I was left feeling angry, lonely, hurt, and anxious. Not knowing where to turn for help I spent many years, depressed, walled-off, self-condemned, stuffing emotions, and acting out in rage. No one knew I was dying inside. I wore a façade to make everyone think I was fine.
In desperation, I cried out to God, whom I resented and didn’t trust. He was faithful in providing the right people and tools I needed to heal. I will admit, the journey was not always easy. However, I experienced transformation, learned valuable lessons and gained effective tools that led me to discover and accept who I was created to be.
I made it my mission to show women how to rise up out of the pit of despair. For over 20 years I have had the honor of speaking life into women who were without hope and provided specific steps that caused change from the inside-out.
You are the only one who can choose to have better. If you want something different, you have to do something different.
I am here for you when you decide you are ready to do whatever it takes to have a life that is beyond what you can begin to imagine. I know it is scary. I’ll walk beside you and light the way. Come on now, let’s do this together.
I appreciate that Pamskey's Place will teach you how to love yourself and discover your worthiness. You will receive lessons and tools to help you live life to the fullest even when struggles come. I am grateful to Pamskey's Place for keeping me focused on walking as Jesus did. It is encouraging and powerful to have discussion time to share life struggles and know you are not alone.
Pamskey's Place is very user-friendly and everything is easily accessible. It is encouraging to have a safe place with no judgment to talk about topics that women can relate to. I am grateful for the loving support and encouragement I received from Pam and the members. If you are on the fence about becoming a member, I strongly encourage you to do it. We're waiting for you.
