Meet Coach Pamskey
Pam McCloskey, also known as Coach Pamskey is a motivational speaker with an amazing story of Resilience, Redemption, and Restoration. She is a best-selling author and creator of Pamskey's Place-A Virtual Life Learning Center, promoting the six pillars of self-care with Christian values for women ready to overcome the effects of growing up in a dysfunctional family or situation.
She is proof that you can rise out of the pit of unworthiness and overcome the deep-rooted beliefs keeping you from living your authentic, God-created selves. She experienced abuse, house fire, betrayal, death, illness, and hardship. That left her feeling angry, lonely, hurt, and anxious. She believed she was a mistake with no purpose.
Not knowing where to turn for help, she spent many years depressed, walled-off, self-condemned, stuffing emotions, and acting out in rage. She wore a faƧade to make everyone think she was fine despite dying inside.
God led Pam on a healing and transformation journey, helping her discover whom she was created to be before the world got to her.
After studying under Dr. Larry Crabb, Dr. Norman Wright, and Dr. Peter Levine, Pam taught women how to eliminate/reduce stress and manage their emotional well-being. She has had the honor of helping change women's lives for over twenty years and continually provides specific steps through her "No More Method" that cause a change from the inside out.
Understanding the struggle with anxiety, she created the "One Method," a breathing technique to help women stay grounded and present.
Passionately, Pam strives to foster a nurturing environment where women come together, fostering a strong sense of community as they share experiences, cultivate personal growth, and uplift each other on their God-centered journeys.
Pam is the mother of three adult children and grandma to a melt-her-heart grandson and baby twins. She lives in Lancaster County, Pa., with her wonderful husband of 35 years.
She loves fishing, camping, horseback riding, and crafting in her spare time.
