Meet Coach Pamskey
Pam McCloskey, affectionately known as Coach Pamskey, is a renowned speaker, best-selling author, and Certified Master Practitioner in Neuroscience and Emotional Resilience, with over two decades of experience serving businesswomen and female leaders who are capable, committed, and faithful, yet feel internally stressed, unsettled, or unsure why peace has not followed their efforts. Pam is known for helping women uncover what lies beneath stress and emotional overwhelm so they can reclaim inner clarity, respond with steadiness, and truly Thrive While Alive.
As the founder of Pamskey’s Place, Pam leads a Virtual Life Learning Center and the Thrive While Alive Community, where women are supported in restoring inner clarity and emotional resilience through faith-informed self-care. Her work is grounded in the understanding that stress is often a signal of internal misalignment rather than personal failure. Through her teaching, Pam helps women recognize distorted patterns, realign perspective, and develop practices that support emotional steadiness, discernment, and sustainable well-being.
Pam’s mission is deeply personal. It is rooted in her own journey through extreme stress, including suicidal ideation and a life-altering house fire, experiences that reshaped how she understands resilience, faith, and restoration. Rather than offering quick fixes or surface-level solutions, Pam’s approach centers on careful examination, gentle recognition, and intentional alignment, helping women reduce unnecessary internal strain and navigate life with greater clarity and confidence.
Pam has studied under respected leaders such as Dr. Larry Crabb, Dr. Norman Wright, and Dr. Peter Levine. This blend of lived experience and professional training allows her to offer guidance that is both compassionate and grounded. Her work is marked by authenticity, integrity, and a deep respect for each woman’s journey, creating spaces where trust, safety, and meaningful growth can occur.
She is the creator of the NO MORE Method, which helps women recognize emotional patterns and create calmer internal environments, as well as the Free-2-Set Boundaries Course, designed to support women in setting healthy boundaries from clarity rather than guilt or fear. Pam’s work is not simply a profession; it is a calling shaped by lived experience, reflection, and faith.
Pam is the proud mother of three adult children and the grateful grandmother of three grandchildren who melt her heart. She lives in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, with her husband of 37 years. In her free time, she enjoys fishing, camping, horseback riding, and crafting.
